Over recent years I have supported several agencies in their strategic development
For example:
- I have helped several organisations develop logic models, typically using the Theory of Change, including Hackney Giving; Changing Pathways who support victims of stalking; and LEAP’s Parents Champions programme;
- I assisted the South Essex Alternative Education Provision (Pupil Referral service) to develop appropriate evaluation and outcome measures, indicators and tools to effectively capture the non-educational impact of their services;
- I developed and ran a strategy and team-building day for JCWI to help to help them plan priorities for their immigration advice, policy work and campaigning;
- I assisted the Childhood Bereavement Network in developing a cost-benefit analysis tool;
- On behalf of the Family and Childcare Trust, I assisted a local authority to develop its parenting strategy;
- I evaluated the Council for Disablement Children’s Strategic Partnership role with the DfE
